"We’re a growing marketing agency looking for a skilled and motivated individual, not an agency, who can help us build, design, and optimize our clients’ digital presence. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

>What We’re Looking For
A developer who can build sleek, high-performing websites.
A creative designer who can produce stunning brand visuals.
Someone who understands SEO and can improve visibility and rankings.
A motivated individual interested in growing with our team—not a freelancer juggling many clients or another agency.

>Responsibilities
Website Development – Create and optimize sites using WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or Laravel.
Custom Solutions – Implement PHP solutions and E-commerce setups tailored to our clients’ needs.
Website Speed Optimization – Ensure fast-loading, high-performance websites.
Creative Design – Design logos, banners, flyers, business cards, T-shirts, book covers, and social media posts.
SEO Services – Handle on-page, off-page, and content SEO strategies to boost search rankings.

>Requirements
Proven experience in website development, creative design, and SEO (portfolio preferred).
Skilled in WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or Laravel.
Strong design skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
Fluent in English and responsive to feedback.

>Job Details
Part-time: ~20 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible, but within Vancouver time zone (Monday–Friday)
Rate: Open to discussion based on skills and experience (budget $3/hour CAD to start for the trial period, with opportunity to increase over time)
