"I need a straightforward mobile app—an initial MVP—that covers the essentials for my air-conditioning servicing business and runs smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Core goals
• Let customers book a service slot in just a few taps and receive an on-screen confirmation.
• Provide real-time status updates (“technician on the way,” “job started,” “completed”) so clients can track their appointment.
• Collect quick feedback and star ratings after each visit to help us improve.

Access & security
• Users will sign up and log in exclusively through phone-number verification (OTP). No email or social media logins are required for this first version.

What I’m expecting
• A clean, brand-aligned UI that works on common screen sizes.
• Lightweight backend or Firebase setup to store bookings, status changes, and reviews.
• Basic admin panel or straightforward method for my team to:
– see new bookings,
– update job status, and
– read customer feedback.
• Source code, build instructions, and a short hand-off walkthrough once the app is running on both stores (TestFlight / internal track is fine for the first demo).
