Project Overview:

We’re developing a web-based diagnostic tool that uses AI image analysis + a short Ayurvedic questionnaire to classify acne (Yuvana Pidika) into Dosha types — Vata, Pitta, Kapha, or combinations.
The system will analyze uploaded face photos, extract key visual features (redness, oiliness, lesion distribution), combine them with questionnaire inputs, and display a Dosha meter (%) with transparent reasoning.
No treatment suggestions — diagnostic only.

Core Requirements:
• Web interface for image upload + short 10–12 question form.
• AI model (CNN) to classify acne severity & features (use open datasets + 30–50 local images).
• Heatmap visualization (Grad-CAM).
• Dosha scoring algorithm (weighted fusion of image + symptom features).
• Admin panel to compare AI diagnosis with Ayurvedic expert diagnosis.
• Data stored securely and anonymized.
