"I need a small, clean .NET MAUI application that proves VdoCipher can run natively (not Blazor Hybrid) with full DRM protection. Please build against the latest public MAUI release (expected .NET 8 or newer) and use MAUI handlers rather than any web-shell work-arounds.

The demo can be simple—a single page with the player embedded—but it must:
• initialise the VdoCipher SDK the “official” way,
• accept the usual OTP + PlaybackInfo token pair at run-time,
• expose basic transport events so I can confirm the stream is indeed DRM-wrapped, and
• compile and launch from Visual Studio in Release mode without manual tweaks.

Deliverables
1. Visual Studio solution & project files.
2. A short README describing the handler, any native wrappers you created, and the exact NuGet packages or native libraries in use.
3. Step-by-step run instructions (no CLI tricks—just normal MAUI tooling).
