"I’m looking for a voice-driven AI that can act as our round-the-clock receptionist inside our mobile app. The primary duties are clear:

• Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations in real time.
• Answer routine patient questions about treatments, pricing, and current availability.
• Trigger automated reminders so patients never miss a slot.
• Sync every action with our existing clinic-management system so calendars, chair time, and practitioner schedules stay accurate.

The agent will live in our iOS and Android app; phone or web expansion can follow later, so please architect with that in mind. English support is the immediate requirement, but an easily extendable language model is highly valued.

I expect a working prototype that can be demoed end-to-end: voice capture, NLU, decision logic, and confirmed write-back to our system’s API. If you favour Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, or a comparable stack, mention why—it needs to be maintainable by our in-house tech team.
