"I’m kicking off a two-stage chatbot initiative and need a strong technical partner to build the foundation.

Phase 1 focuses on an email-driven assistant exclusively for my team. The bot should monitor a dedicated mailbox, understand natural-language commands, and reply intelligently. Core functions must include schedule management, information retrieval from our knowledge base, and automation of routine tasks that currently eat up staff time.

While the immediate deliverable lives in email, the codebase has to be modular; the next phase will expose the same logic to end users through a website chat widget, mobile app, or even a social channel, so clean architecture and clear documentation are vital.

Deliverables for this first milestone
• A fully working email-based chatbot running on our server or a cloud function
• Source code in a private repo with a concise README and setup guide
• Short screencast or notes that show how to tweak intents, add FAQs, and connect new data sources

I’m open to frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or your preferred stack—provided it supports email triggers now and multi-channel deployment later. A demo inside two weeks would be ideal so we can iterate quickly.
