"I need a straightforward, mobile-friendly web app that lets HGV drivers record their daily walk-around inspections and instantly share the report with the haulier responsible for the vehicle. The workflow is simple:

• Drivers log in, complete an inspection checklist, add photos or notes, and sign the report.
• As soon as they submit, the haulier’s dashboard shows the entry, highlights any faults, and lets the depot team mark each item as “in progress” or “rectified,” adding repair details and dates.
• Both sides can later pull a full history by vehicle or date range, export it to PDF/CSV, and keep the digital audit trail required for compliance.

Core functions I must see working:
1. Vehicle inspection logging with photo & signature capture.
2. Fault reporting that automatically flags defects for the haulier.
3. Repair tracking with status updates until the fault is closed.

A clean, responsive UI is essential so drivers can use it comfortably on a phone. I’m open on the tech stack—React, Vue, Laravel, Node, Django, or similar—as long as the solution is easy to maintain and can run on standard hosting. Security, basic user-management (driver / haulier roles), and clear database structure are expected.
