What the booking flow must do
• Collect the event date & time, chosen menu, and number of guests in a single form.
• Take secure online payments (deposit or full amount) during checkout.
• Send automatic email confirmations to the customer and to me.
• Drop each confirmed booking into a calendar—Google Calendar or Duda’s native option—so my schedule updates instantly.

What you’ll deliver
• A fully built, published Duda website under my domain.
• A tested booking journey from form to payment, email, and calendar entry.
• A short hand-over guide so I can update menus, prices, and availability on my own.
