into an Nx-powered monorepo so that compilation time drops dramatically and every contributor enjoys noticeably faster builds. The setup-wizard & database should be split.

We started tried with nx2 branch.

Scope as in git issue:
• Convert the existing folders/packages to an Nx workspace, keeping Vite as the bundler.
• Configure incremental builds, task caching, and affected-graph logic so that only changed apps/libs recompile.
• Document the new workflow in the README and add sample commands for local development, CI, and production builds.
• Provide before-and-after timing benchmarks that prove the improvement.

Acceptance
The pull request must build cleanly for next branch on GitHub Actions and show a measurable reduction in end-to-end compile time." (client-provided description)
