"I want diners to scan a table-side QR code and land on a clean, mobile-friendly web menu instead of flipping through printed pages. The menu content itself can live on a lightweight web app or a small CMS—whichever you feel is fastest to maintain—so long as my staff can easily update dish names, prices and descriptions without touching code.

The flow I have in mind:
• Each table has its unique QR code that simply points to the same menu URL; no individual tracking is necessary.
• Guests scan, see the menu instantly, and can browse categories and items in a single scroll or accordion view.
• No ordering or payment module is required at this stage; the goal is an attractive digital menu experience only.

Deliverables I need from you:
1. Responsive web menu (HTML/CSS/JS or a lightweight framework like React, Vue or Bootstrap) hosted on a domain I provide.
2. Admin back-end or clear JSON/CSV file system so we can add or edit items quickly.
3. A set of ready-to-print QR codes in SVG or PDF that point to the live menu link.
4. Basic instructions for future updates and backups.
