"I’m running a plumber lead-generation campaign and need a single, fully responsive landing page built from the ground up. The page should follow this flow:

• Header: a full-width background image with overlay text (logo and concise navigation can float above the image).
• Hero: a dynamic, on-brand illustration that immediately signals “plumbing” and invites users to request a quote.
• Step-by-Step Section: three to five clearly numbered steps, each paired with an engaging image that explains how our service works.
• Footer: contact details, social links and another call-to-action.

“Get a Quote” buttons should appear after the hero, beside the process section and again in the footer to keep conversions front-and-centre.

Visual requirements
– Colour palette: blue (#005bff), white (#ffffff) and a vibrant orange (#ff6a00) for accents and CTA buttons.
– Consistent typography, plenty of white space and modern, mobile-first layout.

Technical hand-off
Please deliver production-ready, W3C-compliant HTML, SCSS/CSS and minimal JavaScript (or clear Figma/Adobe XD files if you prefer design-only). The page must pass Google Lighthouse tests for performance and accessibility, render flawlessly on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, and adapt smoothly from 320 px mobile up to large desktop widths.
