"I need an EMI Calculator built with Flutter that targets Android only for now. The app should let a user enter three fields—loan amount, annual interest rate, and loan tenure—then tap a single button to see the exact monthly EMI along with total interest and total repayment. Immediately after the calculation, the app must also generate a full amortization schedule that lists principal, interest, and remaining balance for every installment.

Another key feature is persistence: any calculation can be saved to a local store and viewed later from a simple history screen. I’m fine with SQLite, Hive, or SharedPreferences so long as the data survives an app restart and loads quickly.

I will share rough wire-frames and the formula sheet I currently use. What I expect back is clean, production-ready Dart code that follows Flutter best practices, separates UI from logic, and scales gracefully across common Android screen sizes.
