• Create or fix the Eclipse workspace so each project imports without errors.
• Tame dependency issues—whether the projects use Maven, Gradle, or plain classpath jars—and make sure libraries resolve and compile.
• Validate that the resulting build runs unit tests inside Eclipse and from the command line.
