"I need a concise PHP workflow that fires as soon as a user submits our registration form. MOST of the REGISTRATION FORM is CURRENTLY WORKING so just fixing WHAT's NOT WORKING is all that's needed - email sent to the New Registrant. The process is similar to Hotel/ Car Reservation should:

• A 3rd Party Website (think Expedia) takes a Reservation then sends to Business <Hotel> plus the Customer <Guest>. Only difference is for product purchased at pickup appointment but style is like a Hotel or Car Reservation.
• Store the submitted data in an existing MySQL table.
• Generate and dispatch a confirmation-style email to the new registrant directly from the web application.
• Generate and dispatch a confirmation-style email to the Business directly from the web application.
• Generate and dispatch a confirmation-style COPY email to the 3rd Party Business <Expedia type SAAS Site> directly from the web application.

The email may be plain text or HTML, but it must pick up dynamic values (name, activation link, etc. which it mostly currently does) straight from the freshly written database record. If you like PHPMailer, SwiftMailer or native `mail()`, that’s up to you—just keep it secure, reliable, and easy for me to tweak later.

I’ll provide access to the current codebase and database schema. Your deliverable is the complete, drop-in PHP script(s) plus a brief README so I can adjust SMTP credentials or alter the template without digging through the logic. 200-300 for Step 1 here.
