"My Facebook channel in Shopify is set to “Maximum” yet the Meta Events Manager only shows Browser events—Server events never appear. I have already eliminated duplicate pixels, so conflicts aren’t the issue.

I need someone who can:
• Check whether the current Facebook channel app version is fully supported and upgrade or reinstall it if required (I’m not sure of the version).
• Verify that the correct Conversions API access token is saved in the app settings—I don’t have the token details on hand.
• Audit and configure Advanced Matching fields so customer and order data pass cleanly.
• Confirm that both Browser and Server events fire for standard actions (PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase) inside Events Manager.
