Core Workflow

Buyer or Seller creates a transaction and uploads a mandatory document (PO / Proforma / Quotation).

Counterparty reviews terms (delivery, payment, inspection, etc.) and both digitally sign.

Buyer deposits payment into escrow (RazorpayX / EscrowPay).

Seller uploads packing slip, invoice, photos/videos for buyer approval.

Payment released by Buyer (with 48-hour admin fallback).
