"I need a functional MVP of a photo-sharing web application that lets people sign up, upload pictures, and scroll a dynamic feed in real time. The goal is to prove the core concept quickly while leaving the codebase clean and extensible for future feature releases.

Scope of work
• Build a responsive front end (React, Vue, or similar) with an intuitive upload flow, grid-style feed, and basic profile page.
• Set up a secure back end (Node, Django, or comparable) that stores user data and images in cloud storage, serves the feed, and exposes REST or GraphQL endpoints.
• Implement a straightforward authentication layer so new users can register and returning users can log in without friction.
• Add the essential social interactions—like and follow—to encourage engagement.
• Provide seed data and a short demo video that walks through the main user journeys.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a Git repo with clear commit history.
2. Deployment scripts or instructions for a cloud host (Heroku, Vercel, AWS, etc.).
3. A one-page setup guide covering environment variables, build steps, and how to run tests.
4. Brief technical document summarizing architecture decisions and next-phase recommendations.
