"I need a full-stack solution that combines a content-rich website with a native Android application. The website will act as the central CMS, allowing me to add, edit, and organize articles, images, or video posts, while the Android app presents the same information in a clean, mobile-first interface.

Core goals
• Develop the website first (this is the main project focus) using a framework that is easy for me to maintain—WordPress, Laravel, or another lightweight CMS are all acceptable as long as I can log in, publish, and manage categories without touching code.
• Build an Android app that fetches everything from the same backend via API, showing posts, categories, and simple search. Users just read or watch content; no shopping cart or social network features are required.
• Keep performance top-of-mind: fast page load, efficient API calls, and smooth scrolling on low-spec devices.
• Design must be responsive on the web and follow Material Design guidelines on Android so that the look and feel feel consistent.

Acceptable deliverables
1. Source code for the website (themes, plugins, or custom modules).
2. Fully documented REST or GraphQL API connecting site and app.
3. Android Studio project (Kotlin or Java) ready for Play Store submission, with clear build instructions.
4. Step-by-step deployment guide so I can host the website myself and trigger future app updates.
