Location: Lille, France

Budget: Recommended by industry experts

Time to start: As soon as possible

Project description:
"What I Need
I need a reliable solution to create Android virtual devices with both front and back cameras working without crashes. I'm open to completely new approaches or setups.
Current Problem
I'm trying to run Android emulators in WSL2 with:

Back camera: Working with my webcam feed via noVNC
Front camera: CRASHES every camera app (Google Camera, Snapchat, etc.)

My Current Setup (Not Working)
bash# Terminal 1: Virtual Display
Xvfb :1 -screen 0 1280x720x24 -ac -dpi 96 -extension GLX -extension RENDER +extension RANDR

# Terminal 2: Virtual Camera Setup
sudo modprobe v4l2loopback devices=2 video_nr=0,1 card_label="Back Cam","Front Cam" exclusive_caps=1
ffmpeg -loop 1 -i ~/noVNC/[login to view URL] -f v4l2 -vcodec rawvideo -pix_fmt yuv420p -s 640x480 /dev/video1 &
cd ~/noVNC && ./utils/novnc_proxy --vnc localhost:5900 --vcam-device /dev/video0 --vcam-idle-image ~/noVNC/[login to view URL]

# Terminal 3: Android Emulator
export DISPLAY=:1
$ANDROID_HOME/emulator/emulator -avd pixel15-play -no-audio -no-snapshot -gpu swiftshader_indirect

# Terminal 4: VNC Access
export DISPLAY=:1
x11vnc -display :1 -id [window_id] -forever -rfbport 5900
Configuration tested:
[login to view URL] = webcam0
[login to view URL] = webcam1
[login to view URL] = 2
[login to view URL] = swiftshader_indirect
Result: Back camera works perfectly, front camera makes all camera apps crash with "Force finishing activity" errors.
What I Want

Stable Android virtual devices that I can create easily
Both cameras working without application crashes
Simple commands to create new devices with proper camera configuration
Webcam integration for back camera (current method or better alternative)
Any working solution - I'm open to:

Different virtualization approaches (Genymotion, Docker, etc.)
Alternative camera configurations
Complete new setup files/scripts
Windows-hosted solutions with WSL2 bridge

Environment

WSL2 (Ubuntu-based)
Android SDK installed
Physical webcam available
Root access available

Deliverable Expected

Working setup instructions/script
Simple commands to create virtual phones
Configuration files if needed
Documentation explaining the solution

Budget: $50-150 depending on solution complexity
Timeline: ASAP - this is blocking my development work
Skills Needed

Android emulation expertise
WSL2/Linux system administration
Camera/video device configuration
Virtual device management

Please include in your bid:

Brief description of your proposed approach
Experience with similar camera/emulation issues
Estimated time to deliver working solution" (client-provided description)
