Overview
I need a modern, responsive service-directory style website with an admin panel. The site will list service categories, and under each category there will be multiple service providers (company pages). Visitors should be able to (1) browse manually and (2) use a guided wizard to find the right provider based on their answers.

Please note: I will define the real categories, subcategories and service providers later. You only need to build a flexible structure and the admin tools to manage them.

Front-end requirements

Clean, modern, mobile-first UI.

Home page: show up to 8 main service categories (this number should be configurable).

Category page: list all companies/service providers under that category.

Company page: title, description, services, pricing section, ratings/reviews section (data will be entered later), contact/booking button.

Two ways to explore services:

Manual path – user clicks a category → sees all companies → opens company page.

Wizard path – user answers a few questions (service type, location, urgency, budget, first available date, etc.) → system shows matching companies.

Wizard result page should support sorting/filtering by: rating, price (if available), next available slot / earliest appointment, and other future criteria.

Basic “add to cart / checkout” flow (simple cart) + payment integration (Stripe or similar).

SEO-friendly structure (clean URLs, meta tags, alt tags).

Wizard (guided flow) – important

Wizard should be configurable from admin (i.e. which questions to ask, options, and which fields are mandatory).

Wizard output should be a list of matching providers from the selected category, not a hardcoded list.

Result list should be able to show: name, rating, starting price, and “request/booking” button.

If no provider matches, show a generic enquiry form.

Admin / Back-end requirements

Secure admin panel (Laravel Nova, WordPress + ACF, or similar – open to your proposal).

From admin I should be able to:

Add / edit / delete categories

Add / edit / delete companies (assign to category)

Upload images & logos

Define which fields appear on company pages

Manage / edit wizard questions and answer options

See enquiries / booking requests

Role-based access (admin / editor).

Basic analytics snapshot in dashboard (visits, enquiries).

Blog / news section (can be disabled).

Payment settings page (to enter API keys).

All texts, labels and categories must be editable (no hardcoded titles).

Nice-to-have

Enquiry / booking form sends data to e-mail and is also stored in admin.

Ratings/reviews section on company pages (admin can approve / hide).

Google Analytics + basic on-page SEO setup.

Deliverables

Fully working website on my hosting (I will provide domain & hosting).

Admin panel with short documentation (PDF or screen recording).

Source code + credentials.

2 weeks post-launch support for small fixes.
