"I have an existing web page that shows multiple user profile cards (photo, name, job title, contact button). Right now the CSS is messy—text overlaps, spacing is off, images aren’t perfectly rounded, and the hover states feel broken.

I’m looking for someone to:

• Refactor or replace the current stylesheet, using Flexbox or CSS Grid where it makes the code cleaner.
• Make the layout fully responsive: a single-column stack on small screens, graceful multi-column rows on tablets and desktops.
• Polish the visual details—consistent spacing, balanced colors, subtle shadows, smooth hover interactions.
• Tweak the HTML markup if it simplifies maintenance or improves accessibility (semantic tags, ARIA where helpful).

Deliverable: a self-contained HTML/CSS set that I can drop into my project, with clear comments so future edits are painless. Once finished, every card should scale nicely, look modern, and behave consistently across major browsers and devices." (client-provided description)
