"I’m looking for a clean, responsive login page built with just HTML and well-structured CSS. The form should sit perfectly centered on the screen (flexbox or a similar approach is fine) and follow a modern dark theme that feels inviting rather than gloomy.

Core elements I need in place:
• A tidy username/email field and password field
• “Forgot password?” link positioned just below the form inputs
• A subtle “Sign-up” link that guides new users to registration
(I don’t require a “Remember me” checkbox right now, but if adding it is trivial we can discuss.)

Styling cues
• Consistent dark palette with clear contrast for text, inputs, and buttons
• Smooth hover / focus transitions to make the page feel polished
