"I run a small mail-in laptop unlocking and data recovery service called Laptop Lifeline.
My website already has a multi-step HTML sales funnel (built in Hostinger) that collects key customer info:

Laptop brand & model

Shipping address

Optional add-ons (data recovery, privacy video, malware cleanup, etc.)

Whether charger is included

Rush service toggle

Customer name, email, phone, and description of issue

The problem

The form submits to a Zapier webhook, but data isn’t mapping cleanly from the webhook → AI step → Google Sheets → Mailchimp.
Zapier keeps throwing the "form_data vs webhook_data" field mapping error, and some rows in my Google Sheet show “Not provided.”

I need a reliable, affordable developer or automation expert to:

Fix the form submission and Zapier mapping so everything flows smoothly.

Make sure all fields post correctly and map into my Google Sheet (15+ columns).

Confirm Mailchimp automation triggers properly after each submission.

Goals

When complete, this system should:

Take customer info from my on-site HTML/Tailwind form.

Send all data cleanly to Zapier via webhook.

Zapier AI step (optional) normalizes field names.

Google Sheets logs data in correct columns.

Mailchimp adds user to a list and automatically emails them:

First email: “Order pending approval”

Second email: After I approve, show selections + payment link.

Third email: After successful payment, confirmation + instructions to ship laptop.

Technical Details

Host: Hostinger (Horizon builder, Custom HTML block)

Frontend: HTML + Tailwind + vanilla JS

Zapier: Webhook → AI Formatter → Google Sheets → Mailchimp

Desired mapping:
Name, Email, Phone, Brand, Model, Description, Service Total, Add-ons, Charger, Address, City, State, Zip, Rush, Date

If possible, include basic error-proofing, CORS handling, and hidden input syncing for autofill users.
