"I have a complete, working HTML site that I now want to run on WordPress so I can update it easily without touching code. Your task is to take my existing markup and turn it into a lightweight, easy-to-maintain WordPress theme.

Core needs
• Every section—text, images, and any future blocks—must be editable from the WordPress dashboard, ideally via the block editor or a page builder you recommend.
• The primary focus of the site is a Products & Services area. I need a simple product/service catalog that lets me create, edit, and reorder items from the admin panel (no payment or booking system—just clean catalog pages).
• Preserve my current design exactly: layout, fonts, colors, and interactions already coded in the HTML/CSS/JS files.
• Mobile-responsive behavior must match the original.
• Clean, well-commented code so I can hand it to any future developer without confusion.

What I will provide
– Full HTML/CSS/JS package
– Any custom fonts, images, and icons

Deliverables
1. Custom theme or child theme incorporating my existing design
