"I’m looking for a WordPress expert to create a clean, professional website dedicated exclusively to commercial property listings. The site must allow me to add, edit, and remove listings with ease and give visitors an immediate way to reach the appropriate agent through a built-in contact form.

Scope
• Build a fully responsive WordPress site tailored to commercial real-estate branding.
• Set up the listings area, including custom fields for price, location, size, photos, and downloadable brochures.
• Integrate an agent contact form on every listing so enquiries go straight to the assigned inbox.
• Provide visual mock-ups for the key pages before development begins and refine them once based on my feedback.
• Configure essential plugins (security, SEO basics, caching) and create a straightforward back-end workflow so I can manage content without coding.

Out of scope
No blog or news section is required at this stage, and a property search module is optional but not necessary.

Deliverables
1. Functional prototype on a staging URL for review.
2. Final live site on my hosting with SSL configured.
3. Documentation (brief user guide + list of installed plugins) so I can maintain listings independently.
