"I’m building a short-term micro-loan startup and I need a working web-based prototype to validate our product with early users and investors. The focus is speed to market without cutting corners on security or the basic compliance standards that come with handling financial data.

Core scope
• A browser-based platform where new borrowers can register, verify their identity with two-factor authentication (email/SMS code is fine for now), and manage their profile.
• A streamlined loan-application flow that captures amount, term, purpose and supporting documents, then stores everything in a structured database you design.
• A lightweight back-office view (even if admin-only for the prototype) so I can log in, see incoming applications, change status, and export basic reports.

I’m agnostic on the tech stack as long as it is widely supported and easy to hand over—React or Vue on the front end and Node, Python (FastAPI/Django), or similar on the back end all work for me. Please pick something you know cold so we can move fast. The data layer can be PostgreSQL or MySQL; just keep the schema clear and documented.

Acceptance criteria
– User can create an account, receive a 2FA code, and complete sign-in.
– Application form validates inputs, saves reliably, and appears in the admin view instantly.
– Admin can approve, reject, or request more info; changes persist.
– Code is pushed to a private Git repo with a concise README that lets me spin it up locally in under 10 minutes.
