"I want to launch an MVP in 4–6 weeks that covers the full flow—from a clean email-only sign-up to paid transactions—across iOS, Android, and a web-based admin panel. Users should be able to register with their email, top up or pay through both Stripe and PayPal, then track every activity inside a modern, responsive interface. On my side I need a browser dashboard where I can create, edit, or deactivate accounts, issue refunds, and monitor real-time payment logs and notifications.

I am open to either React Native or Flutter on the front end; whichever you are most efficient with is fine as long as the code is well-documented. For the back end you can lean on Node.js, Firebase, or Laravel—again, the goal is clean architecture and clear API endpoints rather than a specific stack. Push notifications, activity feeds, and solid UX are mandatory.

To keep things straightforward, please share links to past mobile or dashboard builds that prove you can deliver a polished cross-platform product; fresh code samples or repos are even better. We will agree milestones together, but I expect:

• Mobile source code (iOS & Android) ready for App Store / Play Store submission
• Web admin dashboard code with deploy script
• REST or GraphQL API with brief endpoint documentation
