"I’m looking for someone who can put together a very small-scope third-person action prototype in Unreal Engine, tuned for mobile devices.

Here’s what I need:
• A basic character controller with smooth third-person camera, jump, sprint, and a simple melee attack.
• One short test level (greybox is fine) that showcases navigation, a few obstacles, and at least one AI enemy using standard Unreal behavior trees.
• Touch-screen controls mapped for Android/iOS and an APK/IPA build I can install on a phone to playtest.
• All logic in clean Blueprints (C++ optional only if absolutely required) so I can tweak values myself later.
