"I’m launching a UAE-based marketplace that lets customers buy both products and services from one place. The store will feature Electronics, Fashion, Home & Kitchen, Jewelry, Grocery, and Food, while the service side starts with Repairs and maintenance.

Here’s what I need you to deliver:
• A responsive e-commerce website with vendor dashboards, product/service catalogues, cart, checkout, and order tracking.
• A cross-platform mobile app for iOS and Android that mirrors the web functionality. Flutter or React Native are fine; suggest the stack you’re strongest in.
• Secure payment integration that works in the UAE (PayTabs, Telr, Stripe UAE, or a similar gateway).
• Bilingual support (English first, with an easy path to add Arabic).
• Visual mock-ups, then a functional prototype deployed to a staging server so I can test flow end-to-end.
• Clear hand-over: source code, basic documentation, and deployment instructions.
