"# GHL & N8N Developer - Video Documentation Required (Flexible Hours)

## Job Overview
**Rate:** $?/hour
**Hours:** Flexible 5-40 hours per week (average 15-25 hours)
**Type:** Long-term partnership with consistent work available

I am looking for a **self-motivated developer** who can build GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows with N8N integrations. This is a long-term position with lots of ongoing work.

## Important: How We Work Together

**This position requires video recording of all work.** Here is why:

We will work on the same projects together, but at different times:
1. You complete some work on the project
2. I continue working on the project
3. You come back and complete more work
4. I continue working again

**Because we both work on the same projects, you MUST record video (with audio explanation) for every billable hour.** This helps me understand:
- What you built
- How you built it
- Why you made specific decisions
- How to continue the work when you are not available

**This is a requirement for every hour billed. If you cannot record your work with explanations, this job is not a good fit.**

## What You Will Build

**Main Projects:**
- GoHighLevel workflows (advanced automation)
- N8N integrations that connect with GHL
- Lead generation systems
- Database reactivation campaigns
- Troubleshooting and improving existing automations

**Additional Projects:**
- Simple CRM setup
- Website development
- Other automation and integration tasks

**There is a large amount of work available.** If you want consistent income and are willing to work hard, this opportunity is for you.

## Work Schedule - READ CAREFULLY

**Hours change each week:**
- Slow weeks: 5 hours
- Busy weeks: 40 hours
- Typical weeks: 15-25 hours

**You must be comfortable with changing hours.** Some weeks have more work, some weeks have less work. This is normal for this position.

## Required Skills & Qualities

**You must have:**
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel platform
- Strong experience with N8N automation
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Ability to solve problems on your own
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable explaining technical work in simple words
- Comfortable recording video of your work with audio explanation

**Extra skills (helpful but not required):**
- Experience with lead generation in USA consumer markets
- Experience with database reactivation campaigns

## What Makes This Job Different

**Independence + Teaching:**
You will work independently most of the time. However, sometimes I will ask questions to learn from you:
- "Why did you connect this in this way?"
- "What is the reason for this step?"
- "Is there a different way to do this?"

You should be comfortable teaching me and explaining your decisions.

**Video Documentation:**
For every hour you bill, you must create a Loom video (or similar screen recording) showing:
- Your screen while you work
- Your voice explaining what you are doing
- Your reasons for making decisions
- How the system works

This is NOT optional. This is required for every billable hour.

1. **Screen recording** of a GHL workflow you created that uses N8N integration
2. **Your voice** explaining:
- What business problem does this workflow solve?
- Why did you build it this way?
- How do GHL and N8N work together in this workflow?
- What decisions did you make and why?

**The video must show:**
- Your ability to explain technical work in clear, simple English
- Your screen while you walk through the workflow
- Your thinking process and decision-making
