"Over the past few days I’ve been hearing odd clicks and static every time I place or receive a call, and it has me worried that my phone may have been tapped or infected with spyware. I want a mobile-security specialist who can remotely guide me through a thorough check-up, pinpoint the root cause of the noises, and help me remove anything suspicious.

I’m open to using whichever diagnostic tools you normally rely on—whether that’s Android ADB commands, iOS analytics, third-party malware scanners, or packet-capture utilities—as long as you walk me through each step in plain language and make sure the process is safe for my data. Once we identify the problem, I’ll also need clear instructions (or a supervised session) to clean the device and harden it against future intrusions.
