"I’m launching Shoppe Pay as a web-based store and need a developer who can stand up a reliable, user-friendly shopping cart from the ground up. The site itself doesn’t yet require full checkout or account features; for now, I want to focus on a polished cart experience that:

• Lets visitors add, edit, and remove products with real-time price updates
• Persists cart contents across pages and browser sessions
• Works flawlessly on desktop and mobile screens
• Syncs with an intuitive admin panel so I can manage inventory and track cart activity
• Is cleanly coded for future additions such as a payment gateway or user accounts

I’m open to the framework you prefer—Laravel, React + Node, Shopify custom theme, or another modern stack—so long as the end result is lightweight, secure, and easy for me to maintain.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional shopping-cart module integrated into a responsive e-commerce template
2. Basic product database or JSON seed file ready for me to extend
3. Clear setup documentation and a brief hand-off call or video walkthrough
4. Two rounds of minor revisions after first demo
