"I am rolling out an Android-only app to keep Shireen’s supporters, field teams, and booth agents in sync— even in villages with patchy 3G. The build must be lean, cache-friendly, and fully ready before our next campaign leg.

Core modules
• Booth-agent console: agents clock in/out, receive tasks, and see their own performance stats. An admin dashboard should allow me to push new assignments, mark attendance manually if needed, and export performance reports to CSV.
• Public feed & media: I will post text updates, photos, videos, and event notifications exactly the way I do on Facebook. Content should load quickly, with images auto-compressed and video resolution adaptive to bandwidth.
• Voter engagement: supporters can start a live chat with any available team member, subscribe to real-time push notifications, and share posts straight to their favourite social media platforms.
• Low-network optimisation: local caching (Room/SQLite), lightweight REST/GraphQL calls, and background sync that waits for a stable connection. No screen should be blocked by a spinning loader.

Tech preferences
Native Android (Kotlin is ideal), Firebase Cloud Messaging for pushes, and a simple JSON API that I will supply. Feel free to suggest alternatives if they improve speed or offline behaviour.

Acceptance criteria
1. APK performs smoothly on devices as old as Android 7 with <2 Mbps connectivity.
2. Attendance, task, and report data sync flawlessly when the device reconnects.
3. Admin posts appear in the public feed within 5 seconds of publish.
4. Live chat and push alerts reach users in under 3 seconds on a stable network.
5. App passes a week-long field test with 100+ agents before final hand-off.
