"I need a modern, mobile-friendly website that lets travelers search and book hotels directly through my agency. The core flow should be:

• Search page with filters for price range, star rating, and location
• Real-time availability and pricing pulled from a hotel API (your recommendation welcome)
• Secure booking and checkout with a mainstream payment gateway
• Confirmation emails sent automatically to both guest and agency

A clean dashboard is important so I can add or edit hotel listings, seasonal rates, photos, and basic static pages without touching code. I also want Google Analytics wired in, plus on-page SEO best practices baked into the templates.

Deliverables I expect within this engagement:
