"We have a set of .adv files that contain program or project data, and we need a tool or web application that can convert .adv files back into their original source code or readable format.

Your job will be to:
Analyze the .adv file structure (we’ll provide sample files).
Identify how to decode or extract the data.
Build a converter tool (either a desktop app or web-based) that takes .adv files as input and returns the decoded source code / text output.

We are open to suggestions for the best technology stack depending on the .adv file structure.

Requirements:
Strong experience in file parsing / reverse engineering formats
Knowledge of Python, Node.js, or similar backend languages
Experience working with binary/text file decoding
Familiarity with web-based upload & download systems

Deliverables:
Working script or app that converts .adv → readable source format
Documentation on how the conversion logic works.

Budget:
Open to discussion based on experience and delivery timeline.
