"Gmail suddenly opens to a blank screen and never finishes loading. The problem is identical on every device and browser I own—Chrome, Firefox, even mobile—so it’s clearly not tied to a single setup. I haven’t cleared cache or cookies yet because I’m unsure of the safest way to do it without losing saved info.

I need someone who can:
• Diagnose why Gmail’s main page is stalling (network-level, DNS, extensions, corrupted profile, etc.).
• Walk me through—or remotely perform—proven troubleshooting steps such as cache-clearing, profile resets, DNS flush, safe-mode tests, or OAuth checks.
