"I’m ready to commission a complete mobile application built with Flutter for both iOS and Android, backed by a Python API and PostgreSQL database. The goal is to deliver a production-ready solution that I can publish to the App Store and Google Play.

Scope of work
• Architect and code a clean Flutter front-end that compiles smoothly for iOS and Android.
• Build a Python backend (Django, FastAPI, or Flask—your call) that exposes secure RESTful endpoints.
• Design and implement the PostgreSQL schema, migrations, and seed data.
• Integrate essential features such as user authentication from day one; I’m open to adding push notifications or in-app purchases once the core build is stable.
• Package the project with clear folder structure, environment files, and concise documentation so I can maintain it long term.
• Provide build instructions and basic deployment scripts—Docker, GitHub Actions, or similar—to make handover frictionless.
