"I’m looking for a developer who can put together a small, working MVP of a virtual support assistant. The goal is to prove the concept, so lean, well-structured code and clear setup instructions matter more than full-blown features.

What I need built
• A lightweight React chat interface where customers can ask about an order, open a support ticket, or check ticket status.
• Node.js APIs to handle those requests, return dummy order/ticket data, and log each conversation.
• AI-driven replies plus basic sentiment detection. I’m flexible on the provider—use whichever mainstream NLP service you’re comfortable with and note it in the readme.
• A simple web-based admin view showing the chat history and any tickets that were created.

Tech expectations
• Solid React and Node.js fundamentals.
• Prior experience calling external AI/NLP endpoints (OpenAI, Google, Azure, IBM Watson, etc.) or the ability to pick one up quickly.
• Git for version control; please commit frequently and keep the repo tidy.

Deliverables
1. Source code for both frontend and backend.
2. A short README covering local setup, the AI service you integrated, and how to switch credentials.
3. Brief demo video or screenshots proving the flow works end-to-end with dummy data.
