"I’m looking for a dependable Laravel expert who can take ongoing ownership of my in-house CRM. The immediate priority is consistent bug fixing, especially the data-retrieval errors and occasional interface glitches that disrupt daily operations.

Beyond stabilising those issues, I’d like you to keep the codebase healthy with targeted performance work—mainly database optimisation and thoughtful code refactoring—so the system stays fast as our user base grows.

Because our customers work around the clock, I need someone who can respond to urgent tickets outside normal business hours. Reliability and clear communication are essential.

Typical week-to-week tasks
• Triage and resolve new bugs, starting with the critical data queries and UI quirks
• Apply Laravel and package updates, handling any breaking changes
• Review slow queries, add indexes, and streamline Eloquent logic
• Refactor sections of legacy code for maintainability and speed
• Proactively suggest improvements that prevent future issues

You should already be comfortable with Laravel (current LTS), Git version control, and common performance-profiling tools such as Telescope, Xdebug, or Clockwork. Familiarity with MySQL optimisation will be a big plus.
