"I need a straightforward Bubble-built web app that lets UK property investors pay a small subscription, chat with an AI about potential deals, and browse previously analysed opportunities.

Core build
• Home – a clean, modern-minimal page explaining the product (I’ll supply the key copy; you can fill the gaps).
• Chat – friendly, engaging chat interface powered by [login to view URL] so users can ask the AI for deal insights. There also needs to be a function to allow the user to export the investment results to a PDF just like ChatGPT. The results need to be indepth and the AI must act like an expert professional investment advisor.
• Analysed Properties – simple listing of past results pulled from the same data workflow.
• Account – user profile showing Stripe-managed billing status, credit balance and the usual details.
