Here is what I need from you: find the root cause of each visible error, apply clean fixes that follow current PHP best practices, then briefly explain what you changed so I can maintain the code later. Once the pages load without warnings, notices, or fatal errors and basic user flows (home page, form submission, simple authentication) work again, the job is done.
