"I’m building a home-visit medical service and need a cross-platform mobile app that lets patients book our doctors and nurs to their door, receive status updates, and manage their own basic profile.

Core features
• Booking appointments – patients pick date, time, and location for a house call and confirm in one tap.
• Push notifications – confirmations, doctor en-route alerts, and gentle reminders.
• Patient-only profiles – simple sign-up with name, phone, address, and preferred language. No health records are required.

Multilingual interface
The entire user journey must be available in Arabic, Hebrew, and English. Users should be able to switch languages on the fly; all static text, buttons, and notifications must be covered. Right-to-left layout needs to render perfectly for Arabic and Hebrew.

Platforms & tech
I’m open to Flutter, React Native, or another robust cross-platform stack, provided you deliver smooth performance on both Android and iOS phones and tablets. Clean, well-commented code and standard architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM or similar) are expected for straightforward future maintenance.
