"I keep detailed football-player data in an Excel workbook and want to transform it into a live website with a sporty, dynamic look and feel. The core idea is simple: fans log in, rate each player with a numeric score, and their feedback is stored so we can track performance over time—while access to the platform is managed through paid subscriptions.

Key objectives
• Import my existing Excel data into a secure database (automatic or one-click upload is fine).
• Design a responsive front end that feels energetic and sports-focused, working equally well on desktop and mobile.
• Implement user accounts so supporters can create profiles, see their own rating history, and update personal details.
• Build a numeric-score rating mechanic (e.g., 1–10) for every player entry, preventing duplicate votes from the same user.
• Add subscription management: plan creation, checkout with a common payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or your recommended option), renewal handling, and access control tied to active status.
• Provide a simple admin area where I can:
– Edit player information or bulk-upload new players via Excel/CSV.
– View aggregate ratings and basic analytics.
– Manage users and subscriptions.

Tech flexibility
I’m open to the stack you’re most comfortable with—Laravel, Django, Node.js, or similar—as long as it’s well-documented and easy to maintain. A lightweight CSS framework (Tailwind, Bootstrap) that can be styled into a bold, club-inspired palette would suit the design goal.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website deployed on my hosting (or help selecting a suitable host).
2. Source code repository with clear setup instructions.
3. Brief hand-over walkthrough (video call or recorded demo) so I can comfortably manage players, users, and plans.
