"I’m ready to launch a clean, modern website for my real-estate company and add an AI assistant that chats with prospects directly on WhatsApp. The assistant’s single mission is to answer the everyday questions buyers and renters ask—availability, location highlights, basic pricing, paperwork requirements, and so on—before a human agent steps in.

Platform isn’t fixed; I’m happy with WordPress, Joomla or a fully custom stack as long as the final site is responsive, SEO-friendly and straightforward for my team to update. For now I only need an About Us page that communicates our story and values, plus a Contact form that feeds inquiries straight into email (or our CRM if that’s easier). Property listings can wait until a later phase, so there’s no catalogue work in this milestone.

Key deliverables
• Fully deployed website (production URL + admin access)
• “About Us” content section and a working Contact form with spam protection
• AI assistant connected to our WhatsApp Business number, trained on a small FAQ you’ll receive from me, capable of handling at least 100 concurrent chats
• Dashboard or simple interface where I can tweak responses and see conversation logs
• Handover document covering how to edit pages, retrain the bot and manage the WhatsApp integration

Acceptance
The project is complete when I can open the site on mobile and desktop, send a message to our WhatsApp line, get an accurate AI reply within five seconds, and receive Contact-form submissions in my inbox.
