"I need two distinct yet complementary builds:

1) A traffic–management website that streams real-time congestion data, suggests signal-timing tweaks to smooth the flow, and lets drivers instantly report incidents from any device. I already have city sensor feeds available via API; you’d hook into those, layer them over a live map (Google Maps, Mapbox or a comparable open-source stack), and surface the insights through a clean, mobile-first UI. Think dashboards for control-room staff plus a public-facing view that auto-refreshes every few seconds.

2) A sleek e-commerce app focused on digital products. The storefront must feel playful and modern yet run itself once deployed. Core automation needs include:
• Customer support handled by an integrated chatbot or ticket system
• Inventory management that tracks licences / download counts without manual intervention
• Personalized recommendations that adjust in real time as users browse

Push notifications, secure in-app purchases (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), and analytics hooks should be there from day one. I’m open to React Native, Flutter or similar as long as the final binaries run smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Deliverables I’ll sign off on:
• Source code with clear documentation for both projects
• Live, fully configured traffic site on my hosting provider
• Published mobile apps plus a web admin panel for the store
• A short hand-over call and recorded walkthrough
