"I’m looking for a hands-on project manager to guide a small technology team as we build a new software product. Your main goal is to keep the work organised and moving, not to drown everyone in paperwork.

What I need you to do
• Able to draft a concise project blueprint that lists key milestones, owners, and obvious risks.
• Work with Teamwork
• Run short, focused stand-ups and status checks, stepping in quickly when blockers appear.
• Coordinate communication between Client, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders so nothing falls through the cracks.

Methodology
Flexible. Usually a hybrid. But we comfy with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or a hybrid.

Deliverables
• Initial roadmap or sprint plan.
• Live task board that the team can start using right away.
• Brief weekly status summary highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
