Project description:
"Job Title
Full-Stack Developer Needed to Build Private Tax Lien & Deed Analytics Dashboard with Web Scraping & Interactive Mapping

Project Overview
I am a tax lien investment expert seeking a professional, experienced freelance programmer to develop a private-use, no-code, interactive dashboard for analyzing tax lien and tax deed properties.
The system will allow the user to upload Excel data, automatically scrape missing information from online sources, and present investment recommendations based on analytics.
The program must also feature GIS-based interactive mapping, auction calendars, and exportable Excel reports.
This project is for my personal, private use only — not for resale or public distribution.
I expect tight, realistic budgets and accurate delivery timelines in your proposal.

Key Requirements
1. User Interface / Dashboard
The dashboard should have clearly labeled sections and buttons:
• Dashboard – Main landing page with summary analytics.
• Analytics – Displays investment recommendations, market assessments, and an explanation of how the analysis was generated.
• Data Collection – Shows the source of all gathered data (uploaded files + scraped data).
• Upcoming Auctions – Calendar view with clickable dates to see auction details.
• Favorites – View all saved properties, with the option to download them as an Excel file.
Title of Program:
• Automatically set as: “Tax Lien and Deeds Analytics – [State] – [County]” (based on user input).
Property Type Selection:
• Tax Lien or Tax Deed toggle buttons (selected before data upload).
Summary Info Area (Auto-filled after analysis):
• Available Listings (#)
• Total Value ($)
• Average ROI (%)

2. Data Input Features
Buttons that open input windows:
• Upload – Drop zone for Excel/CSV files.
• Web Links – Paste URLs for scraping + fields for username/password if login is required.
• Direct Search – Manual entry fields for targeted search:
○ State
○ County
○ Min Acres
○ Type of Property (Vacant, Residential, Commercial) – dropdown
○ Address
○ Parcel Number
○ Account Number
• Submit – Processes all uploaded and entered data.

3. Data Analysis Output
20 Best Opportunities Section:
• Show top 20 listings with:
○ Address
○ Parcel Number
○ Price
○ ROI
○ Risk Assessment
○ Auction Date
○ State & County
○ Property Image (from Redfin or Zillow)
○ Comparable Sales Costs (scraped from Redfin/Zillow)

4. Interactive GIS Mapping
• Map should display top 20 listings:
○ Red, yellow, and green pins (indicating priority/risk).
○ Numbered 1–20.
○ Clickable pins open property details popup.
• Popup must include:
○ All property details (see categories list below).
○ Favorites button (adds to Favorites section).

5. Extended Listings
• Beneath the map, allow the user to click and expand to view additional properties beyond top 20.

6. Categories & Data Fields for Each Listing
All categories should appear both in the popup and in the downloadable Excel file:
• State
• County
• Account #
• Parcel ID
• Owner of Property Address
• Address of lien
• Case Numbers
• County Held (Yes/No)
• Tax Year
• Expiration Date
• Auction Date
• Purchase Amount / Face Value
• Auction House with Link
• Sq Ft / Acres

• Notes
Image Integration:
• Pull images from county GIS, Redfin, or Zillow (if available) and link them to the Parcel ID in Excel.

7. Output & Export Features
• Top 20 BUY recommendations with detailed reasoning.
• Excel export button to download all listings and details.
• Handle missing data by inserting “/” placeholders.

Technical Considerations
• Freelancer should select the best technology stack (Python, Node.js, or other) to achieve these requirements.
• Must be fully no-code for the end user.
• Must support secure login if needed for scraping.
• Should be scalable for future data uploads.

Freelancer Skills Required
• Experience in full-stack web development (UI + backend).
• Strong knowledge of web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Playwright, Scrapy, etc.).
• Experience with GIS mapping libraries ([login to view URL], Mapbox, Google Maps API).
• Experience integrating Excel data processing (Pandas, OpenPyXL, etc.).
• Strong UI/UX design skills for a clean, professional, and intuitive dashboard.
• Ability to automate property data extraction from Zillow, Redfin, and county GIS sites.

Deliverables
• Fully functional, hosted web application.
• Source code + documentation.
• Basic training guide for use.
