"I need a functional prototype that lets both engineers in the field and their managers log, review, and export engineering inspections from any device. At the core, the app must:

• Record each inspection’s attendance with an accurate GPS location and time-stamp
• Store the inspection record so managers can pull it up instantly, filter by site, date, or inspector, and export to Excel/PDF (facility to upload reports)
I must have a backend console to feed data about inspection number, site address, inspection charges receivable per day, inspection charges payable per day, assign inspection, create user accounts for inspectors, receive reports from inspectors

I’m happy with a clean, minimal interface for the first release, but I’d like the underlying code structured so we can grow into extra features such as built-in form templates, photo uploads, or real-time dashboards later.

Scope I expect for this phase:
– Interactive wireframes or visual mock-ups to confirm the flow
– A working web or cross-platform mobile build (React Native, Flutter, or similar are fine) that connects to a lightweight backend (Firebase, Supabase, or an API you propose)
– Basic user roles for engineers and managers with secure authentication
– Simple analytics screen so managers can view daily inspection counts and attendance summaries
– Clear deployment instructions and hand-over of source code in Git
