I need a Flutter developer with solid experience in native platform integration (Android & iOS) to implement background Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning.

The goal is simple:

The app must continue scanning BLE devices in the background — even when minimized, screen is off, or the app is killed (where allowed by OS policies).

Currently, I’ve implemented this, but it stops scanning when the screen turns off. I also haven’t integrated the iOS background logic yet.

Requirements:

- Strong experience with Flutter BLE libraries (flutter_blue_plus)

- Must know how to configure background execution for BLE scanning on both Android & iOS

- Should handle permissions and ensure scanning is stable and battery-optimized

- Must test and verify it works on real devices (not emulator only)
