"I’m ready to launch a payment-focused SPL token on the Solana network and need an experienced Solana developer to take it from concept to mainnet. The coin’s sole purpose is fast, low-fee transactions, so efficiency and clean code are critical. I also want a lightweight smart-contract layer (a custom Solana program) to automate simple payment flows such as release-on-delivery and optional escrow.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• An SPL-compliant token minted on Solana with clear control over mint and freeze authorities.
• A well-commented Rust (or Anchor) program that handles the above payment logic and can be upgraded later.
• Deployment scripts plus step-by-step instructions so I can reproduce the build on devnet and mainnet.
• Verification on Solscan and guidance for adding the token to Phantom, Solflare, and other wallets.
• All source code delivered through GitHub or GitLab, accompanied by a brief README.

Acceptance criteria will be a functioning token and contract on Solana mainnet, successful test transactions, and code that passes a basic audit (unit tests included).
